We are happy to send your items direct to your customers if you prefer, the following conditions apply.

Each drop ship order must be placed direct as a separate order. You will be asked for your customers details when you checkout.  Carriage costs will be recalculated when you place the order.

We must have your customers name, address and a landline telephone number.  Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.   Parcel will require a signature, if nobody is at home the parcel will be taken back to the depot awaiting re-delivery. Unless it can be left with a neighbour, If you customer does not wish for this to happen it is your responsibility to inform us before dispatch.

If the customer has changed their mind and wishes to return the item this is your responsibility it cannot be returned to us for a refund.

Items which are damaged or faulty we will work with you to gain a satisfactory outcome with your customer, this may be that the item needs to be returned to us and a replacement sent.  We will need photographic evidence when reporting faults / damage.

Items can be posted to nearly all parts of the UK and is charged for a 2 – 3 days delivery window (restrictions apply).  We do offer other postal services & guaranteed next day delivery for an extra charge
