We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order Acceptance Policy.
All products listed upon the website are done so as an Invitation to Treat.
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Costs section of this Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the checkout and once you have placed your order, your nominated account will be debited immediately and you will be sent an email to confirm your order.

All goods will remain the property of Jabbawocky until full payment is received
All card payments are processed for you by either bank transfer or PayPal. The balance is paid to Jabbawocky The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

At Jabbawocky we strive to give you the best possible shopping experience as we know there is lots of choice and we are honoured that you have chosen to shop with us. In the likely event that your item is faulty or damage, please get in touch either, via email email@example.com or phone, we will do our best to help.
If you wish to exchange your item the quickest way is to re-order via the website and return the unwanted item (complete with all packaging/ tags etc unused and unworn) and we will refund upon receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns for unwanted items,
If you have changed your mind – no problem, in line with distance selling regulations we will accept a return for whatever reason up to 30 days from purchase.
These returns must fall within the following guidelines
- Be unused unworn & unwashed
- Be complete with all the packaging and tags still attached.
- Packaging is still intact and not torn
- Refund will be made using the same original payment method
It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is received by us in a secure manner, it is suggested that a tracked service is used which offer your peace of mind
